Your Safety & Gear: While I’ll do my best to guide you safely, navigating a new city involves risks. By booking, you agree that I am not responsible for any personal injuries, accidents, or lost/stolen items during our time together.
Third Parties: I only introduce you to people I personally trust (realtors, banks, etc.), but I don’t run their businesses. I can’t be held responsible for their services or any issues that might arise once I hand you off to them.
The Results: I provide the best advice and local "know-how" possible, but I can’t guarantee specific outcomes—like visa approvals or finding the "perfect" apartment. Because this is a time-based service, all bookings are final and non-refundable.
By paying for a session, you’re confirming that you’ve read and agreed to these terms.
This is a digital service, not a physical product so nothing will be shipped to your door. If the system asks for your shipping address, feel free to enter it, but rest assured: I’m not mailing you a box of Phnom Penh sunshine (as tempting as that sounds).
